Prices and availability
We try to keep every product page at Mist42 accurate, yet a lace set can sell out or a price in yen can move before the listing is edited. Treat the page as a guide: the price, stock and delivery timing that count are the ones we state in our reply to you.
Buying from us
Buying a piece from Mist42 starts with a message, not a checkout button. We reply to say whether your size is available, what the total comes to in yen including discreet delivery, and how you can pay; only when you agree does the order become binding. This website never takes money from you on its own.
If something arrives wrong
We agree the delivery method and timing with each order individually. Faulty or misdescribed goods are our responsibility to fix; contact us and we will sort out a return.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Mist42 accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from the use of this site. Linked third-party sites are outside our control and their content is their own.
